Citation:  "HIT & RUN BLOG." Reason.com. N.p., n.d. Web. 12 Feb. 2013. Summary:  Marijuana is becoming legalized in several places in the united states. Now they are trying to legalize it in Oregon and there are mixed opinions on weather people would want that or not.  It was originally meant to help people who have anxiety or depression. This helps them relax and calm down. There were 47% people who voted for unlimited use of marijuana for whatever reasons.

Reaction: I thought that this article is really interesting because usually people would tell me that marijuana was a bad substance and then I should never try it, so I find it strange how some places are trying to legalize it. Im sure that it is helpful for people who have anxiety or depression but there are also different ways to cure it. I feel as if many people, especially the younger ones, will take advantage of being able to smoke marijuana legally without going against the law. Even though marijuana does not have a negative effect on you at the beginning, it eventually will probably cause some damage. Personally I do not think it is a great idea to legalize marijuana because there are many different ways to cure issues.
