(Group of Springhill South Korea) - 26th April 2012 - Exeter Chiefs boss Rob Baxter was delighted with the capture of Wallabies star Dean Mumm who has penned a two-year deal at the club. The south west outfit announced the signing on Monday, with the 28-year-old set to move to the English top flight from New South Wales Waratahs after the conclusion of the current Super 15 season. The 27-year-old made his Waratahs' debut back in 2004 and has won more than 30 caps for the Australia national side. He can also operate at flanker but prefers to do his work in the boiler room, and Baxter feels he has everything required to be a massive part of the club's future over the next couple of seasons. "Now this one is a real winner," says Dan Ring, a spokesperson for Boston-based data protection company Sophos. "Sehwan Jung's list of celebrities is almost as entertaining and as random as his actual request, and it's one of the more optimistic requests out there. I hope there's no way someone will fall for this." Prescriptions for psychotropic drugs, including those sometimes referred to as the "chemical cosh", soar amongst elderly people who are admitted to residential care homes, a new study shows. The study, in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society, looks at the prescribing of drugs to calm anxiety and sedate, as well as the antipsychotics which are supposed to be prescribed for severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and only for dementia as a last resort. The researchers, from Queen's University Belfast, carried out the study using information from the Northern Ireland prescribing database relating to over 250,000 people over the age of 65, but, they say, the pattern they found holds good for the whole of the UK. They discovered that only 1.1% of elderly people living in the community in their own homes or with relatives were taking an antipsychotic - the so-called "chemical cosh" drugs, which the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) warns are not appropriate for most people with dementia.

GROUP OF SPRINGHILL SOUTH KOREA - MOBILE, Alabama -- Today, Melissa Garcia became the first in her family to graduate from college. "I'm so happy and I've made my parents so proud," said the 22-year-old Garcia, adding, "My parents come from poor backgrounds" and couldn't afford to attend college. She said her parents are her "inspiration." One of three children, the Houston resident received a bachelor's of arts degree in graphic design during Saturday's commencement at Spring Hill College. She was one of 300 graduates who made the walk down the historic Avenue of the Oaks on Spring Hill's campus for commencement. Garcia also is among the first group of Donnelly Scholars to complete their undergraduate degree. The Donnelly Scholars program was established in 2008 to serve first-generation college students at Spring Hill. The program is named in honor of the Rev. W. Patrick Donnelly, S.J, the 31st president of the college, who served from 1946 to 1952. Garcia said if she can't find a job in the Mobile area she plans to return home to Houston. "It almost feels a bit surreal," said 22-year-old Michelle Connor of Mobile as she waited to line up to receive her diploma. "It seems like we were just arriving on campus." Connor, who received her Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design, is also a Donnelly Scholar. Connor is also job-hunting for something in her field. She said she's proud of what she's accomplished, but it's "frightening as well" being out there without a job. "Still, I'm ready to take the world head-on," said Connor. Senior Class Orator Brock Philip Boone, who graduated Magna Cum Laude, received mixed reactions during his speech, which drew some "boos" from the crowd when he told the graduates not to let Fox News and Rush Limbaugh sway their opinions. Recently, the state of Florida has had to deal with an overwhelming amount of Medicare fraud. The estimated cost of the most recently interrupted scheme of illegal billings is around $200 million dollars, and it was perpetrated by at least ten different offenders. So far, they have all either pled guilty or been convicted of crimes ranging from money laundering to conspiracy to commit health care fraud. There were several different companies involved in the scheme, which involved falsifying records and intentional misreporting of facts to Medicare.
