After giving back-to-back hits in the form of Raanjhanaa and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Sonam Kapoor has become choosy when it comes to films, and is taking time before giving nod to any director. As of now she is busy preparing herself for Khubsoorat remake.With the Khubsoorat remake, which stars Sonam Kapoor reprising the role of Rekha, the actress is going to come out of all the boundaries, as she will be seen donning a bikini in the film. Even though the film would be a remake of Hrishikesh Mukherjee's 1980 classic by same name, it is going to be a modern version. We saw Rekha don sarees and flaunted pigtails back then, the remake will see Sonam in a glamorous avatar.Now we know that Sonam has time and again said that she is looking forward to don a bikini in her film, it is learnt that it will happen with Khubsoorat remake, where Sonam will get into the beach wear. Produced by her sister Rhea Kapoor, Khubsoorat will be a contemporary take on the subject.The actress is at present, busy working out to attain a bikini body. Apart from following a strict diet, she is also frequent in the gym, and besides weight training also doing Pilates. "Sonam's trainer has charted out a unique regime, she eats small portions every two hours and she has been told not to consume any carbohydrates after lunch. Sonam wants to approach this in a healthy way. So, she is not starving herself but meticulously eating right to get the perfect swimsuit figure," said one of Sonam's friends.The remake would be shot in Rajasthan, and is expected to hit theatres later next year.

While most celebrities complain of not being able to enjoy their private life due to media scrutiny, actress Ileana D’Cruz is perfectly fine with it, and she is glad that she can go shopping without getting mobbed. Last seen in Phata Poster Nikhla Hero, Ileana is having fun with her freedom."People don't recognise me, so I can shop like any girl," she says. In fact she says it with big smile on her face, and there is no dejection that even after giving two back-to-back hits, she doesn’t enjoy huge fan following. May be it has to do with her being a private person."I am a very private person, I don't open up easily to people, I take some time. Unless I really trust somebody I can't start a conversation. Maybe if I slowly and gradually know a person that I open up. I am incredibly emotional and sensitive," says Ileana D'Cruz.She further adds, "Possibly because I am in a new place and hence I prefer keeping to myself. When I was doing my first film Barfi I was very nervous and I was working with two other actors who were established and I didn't have much to say. So that also could be the reason why I didn't speak much." And what about the rumours of her throwing tantrums and being arrogant? Unlike the masala oriented themes that filmmakers used to target, debutant director Faraz Haider decided to showcase the relations between the two countries, India-Pakistan, in a light manner in his upcoming film War Chhod Na Yaar, starring Sharman Joshi, Soha Ali Khan and Jaaved Jaaferi. It is India’s first war comedy based film.For choosing this odd and controversial concept, the young filmmaker said he and his team have taken some harmless cinematic liberties in portraying different characters on both sides (India and Pak). Faraz shares, “Until now, almost all films made on Indo-Pak issues showed Pakistan in a bad light. I'm not saying it is wrong, nor am I pointing fingers at anyone. Also, the purpose behind making this film is not to hurt Pakistan or its people. We’ve shown the human side of all army men, Indian or Pakistani, without forgetting their sacrifices for their countries. But we have taken some harmless cinematic liberties in portraying different characters on both sides.”He explained that the initial days on the film weren’t easy. “When I thought of making this film, many people close to me told me not to touch this topic as it would be too sensitive. I understand India and Pakistan have a lot of problems which need an immediate solution. Entire B-town is gung-ho about the recently released trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming directorial Ramleela. They all have good things to say about the way the film has been picturised, and it is very much visible in the trailer.The chemistry between the lead pair, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone is cracking, and it has already become the talk of the town.Amitabh Bachchan said on a social networking site, "Saw trailer of Ramleela...stunning! The colours, the passion, the Deepika...!!" On the other side, Deepika’s Happy New Year director, Farah Khan said, "The trailer is fabulous. Deepika looks fantastic; the chemistry between her and Ranveer looks good. The film seems to bring back the memories of Sanjay's previous films like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Devdas. It looks very happy and colourful."Bhansali is over cloud nine hearing the appreciation coming his way. "The film is extremely close to my heart and for its first glance to be received this warmly, is overwhelming," he says. Producer Sunil Lulla said, "We are ecstatic with the unanimous, positive reviews and we couldn't be more excited with the reception."Ram Leela, produced by Eros International, releases November 15.

She is also well-aware that her weight is the talk of the town at the moment.“My weight has become the talking point of the nation. Why is everyone bothered about it? Is it a national issue?  I am just trying to work on my body shape, keeping in mind my character in the film. Believe me, I am not doing anything special. I am not dieting. I am happy with the way I look and hope people would leave it at that,” says, Vidya.At the same time, she is geared up to play first female detective of India in upcoming film Bobby Jasoos. The Dia Mirza and Sahil Sangha production is being directed by debutant Samar Shaikh. “Samar is a very talented director. I am really looking forward to working with him,” she says. The movie goes on floor in November.

This news can cause a big worry to the fans of Ramleela star Ranveer Singh, as the actor, who is hospitalized in a suburban Mumbai hospital after being diagnosed with dengue, has shown no signs of improvement, even after being admitted for more than 60 hours.Ranveer is admitted to the Hinduja Surgical Health Care in Khar. Sources claim that the actor is currently put in isolation, and the doctors had even contemplated of shifting him to Intensive Care unit, but decided otherwise. "Ranveer's platelet count is not improving and he is experiencing excruciating pain in his bones and severe bouts of shivering. His parents are keeping vigil but they too are not allowed to meet him," said the sources. Singh, 28, contracted the disease when he was shooting in the coalmines of Durgapur, West Bengal. However, despite being unwell, he ignored it and continued shooting till the shoot’s wrap. And once he returned to Mumbai, he was diagnosed with an advanced stage of dengue. "He didn't pay much attention to it but if he was diagnosed two days earlier his condition may not have worsened the way it has," added the sources. Speaking of his alleged girlfriend Deepika Padukone, it is learnt that she has not paid him any visit so far, as she is out of Mumbai. Sources said, "She is currently in Goa, busy shooting for Homi Adajania's film. But I guess she keeps herself updated about his condition."Get well soon, chap!

We all know that India is counted as a developing nation, but it is learnt that megastar Amitabh Bachchan is not at all happy about this fact. "I feel proud of the fact that those very things that India was once criticized for, like our growth of population, etc is now looked upon by developed nations for great consumer consumption. It goes well. I hate India being called as a developing nation. I want it to be known as a developed nation. I think we are moving forward in that direction. I don't believe in goals. I hope there is some opportunity and challenge that the future directors will offer me. Each decade is providing great expansion in our medium of media and entertainment. Like the growth of television, growing mobile penetration," Bachchan said.He added, "In our business of films we are judged by people like you. Audiences make us, their taste changes. However, the gorgeous actress says she does not regret being unable to make her debut in English film world.“I don't regret it. I had to work out things for Ram Leela here, I couldn't have left the process mid way, and I had given my commitment here first. Looking at the way the film Ram Leela has got response, I feel good as my hard work has paid off,” shares the long less.Deepika, 27, make her plans clear that she is still open to doing films whenever the right offer comes up. “I would love to do a Hollywood film. The reason for me to do a Hollywood film is same as what I do here in Bollywood,” averred Deepika.The diva, who is basking in the success with back-to-back superhit films, says she is open even if the role is small in Hollywood film. She said, “There is nothing like a small role. The role has to be of impact, this is what matters, the length of it doesn't. Porn star Sunny Leone is coming back with her ultra sizzling appearance in Kaizad Gustad’s thriller Jackpot. It would be her second Bollywood film after Pooja Bhatt’s Jism 2. She has also done an item song Leela Teri in Shootout Out Wadala.She has impressed director Kaizad Gustad, who is making his re-entry in filmmaking after a long period. His last film was Katrina Kaif starrer Boom, released in 2003. About working with Sunny Leone, he said, “Excited may be the wrong word. But yes, I'm happy to have worked with her. Sunny is a professional and it was fantastic directing her because she is always trying to give every shot her best. She is always asking questions and I like that about her. I'm blessed to have worked with her.”Producer-turned-actor Sachiin Joshi has been roped in to play opposite Sunny in the film that also features Naseeruddin Shah. About casting, Kaizad said, “I had written the script of Jackpot two years ago in Goa, during the rains. Then I just let it be. Most filmmakers are very possessive about their scripts. I usually leave my first draft sitting for a while. And, then I revisit it. Also, I do not write scripts with an actor in mind. I usually write and then do my casting. Coming to the bit about why Sachiin, well, we met socially and he asked me whether I was working on something. So, I told him about Jackpot. He liked the idea and was ready to roll almost immediately. And, I felt that he suited the role of a street-smart Goan local.”Jackpot is releasing on December 13, 2013.
