students will be creating their own mathematics blogs to post artefacts throughout the semester.

Studenti musí během roku udržovat aktivní svůj osobní matematický blog. Pravidla: minimálně jeden příspěvek denně (foto, screenshot, PDF, audio, video, nebo podobný), který prokáže pochopení učebního cíle dne, kategorizovat každý příspěvek podle cílů (pozn. výstupů), a označit každý příspěvek podle individuálního učebního cíle a sebehodnocení získaných znalostí (pozn. kompetencí). -- Štítkování mi prostě připadá geniální - ukáže okamžitě, jaké cíle a kompetence jsou rozvíjeny.

Apple Distinguished Educator, Dean Vendramin has already agreed to get his grade nine math bloggers in Alberta collaborating through the comment section with my Mathletes from here in Windsor, Ontario and we are both excited to get started.

The blogging platform will likely be Blogger since I recently created a Google Apps for Education account for my school and having a single login seems logical for Google Drive cloud storage, Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar.

"About Google for Educators At Google, we support teachers in their efforts to empower students and expand the frontiers of human knowledge. That's why we've assembled the information and tools you'll find on this page. Here, you'll find a teacher's guide to Google Tools for Your Classroom. And to spark your imagination, you'll find examples of innovative ways that other educators are using these tools in the classroom. While you're here, you can sign up for the quarterly Google for Educators newsletter, as well as check out the latest from The Infinite Thinking Machine, a Google-sponsored, WestEd-produced blog for educators, by educators. Since we launched the Google for Educators site, we've heard from many of you that you'd like an easy way to communicate with us, and more importantly, with your fellow teachers. To that end, we've launched a new community with the Google for Educators Discussion Group. Visit often to learn of new announcements from us and to share any of your ideas. "

A Google Education Trainer is a bit different because it isn't as much about what you do in your classroom, it is about really learning the tools. To become a trainer, you must pass a series of tests designed to test your knowledge of Google Tools including the Google Apps for Education Admin Panel. Once you successfully pass all tests, you are considered a "Google Apps Qualified." To become a "Google Apps Education Trainer," you need to submit a video, a record of past workshops you've given, and a case study. The purpose of this process, is to show how you use Google Apps to both train other educators and innovate instruction.
