Till now I have been able to come across two website from where you can find Google Chrome OS VMware versions. The first website is GDGT where I found a VMware version of Google Chromium OS. You will have to register in GDGT first to download the Chrome OS. You will need to download VMware Player (or VMware Fusion for Macs) to get it running. You can also use Virtual Box but according to GDGT "it is isn't always perfect".

We are using it for long time from our local machine. And, we tried to use it in our server few months back.
