So according to a post by E. Brian Rose (Eric Brian Rosenberg), someone won a big court case today (by default, since I didn't bother to show up). Some of you probably know that he sued for defamation for a post I wrote regarding his "product," a 13 page ebook on GPL licensing where he feathered the deal with a bonus of $1,000 worth of commercial Woo Themes, distributed under GPL licensing.
