    I think the conclusion of this article addresses poverty from a fairly guiltless standpoint, but I feel that the injustices done came from somewhere.  The solution they propose, namely "The international community should endeavor-by strengthening the international financial system, through trade, and through aid-to help the poorest countries integrate into the world economy...".  I do not think this is a creative or viable solution; it just doesn't fit the complexity and multifacetedness of the problem.
