This is not a credible source, although it offers some interesting looks at unity in diversity.  Appears to be influenced by Hinduism.   Beyond the "spiritual Oneness" is the underlying idea that we can realize a loving bond with anyone on the planet.

The IWW is a long-standing labor union spanning the entire earth, backing hundreds of thousands on their way to fair and equal wages, adequate benefits, and giving a voice to those oppressed by their corporate overlords.  The solidarity between group members is an amazing example of human unity beyond borders.
