Shared by Katherine - Vizia is similar to EdPuzzle and the others, but is set apart by its ability to compile results from embedded activities in a Google Spreadsheet. You can also require participants to enter their name and email before beginning, so it looks like they wouldn't have to create an account to view the video. (It's also Google Sign-in, always a plus!) Richard Byrne's post has some more information. Only use with YouTube videos.
Shared by Teresa. "Record your voice using the recorder below. When you have finished an audio player will appear. You can download the file, or upload it to your dropbox account. If you are using a smartphone or tablet, click the button and either record audio or video. We will convert it to MP3 for you. It's simple. Enjoy!"
"Partner Time is a simple yet effective way to manage partnerships in your classroom. It also ensures that students are not always sharing with the same classmate."
