The four different animals we dissected in science class are an earthworm, a grasshopper, a crayfish, and, finally, a dogfish. These animals are different from one another because it goes from a very simple organism, to a very complex one with many different body parts. The earthworm has a basic structure for it as did the grasshopper, but as we continued to advance our knowledge about interior and exterior body parts and other topics, it became easier and easier to understand. They are all different from having gills, legs, and claws, to not having any of that. Each body part works differently and effectively for the animal so that species can evolve to become a more efficient group of animals!
