This is a website from NASA and it has differs videos, and articles describing some of the news that has happened lately with the concept of Climate Change. One of my favorite arrivals firm this website was the seeing salty shifts article/videos. It shows the changes that had happened recently in the climates color changes. Hope you guys enjoy. This also says that the carbon dioxide levels have been higher than they have ever been that can eventually destroy animal life and all of their habitat because there is too much CO2, terrible air quality due to pollution. This is evident that humans have started the pollution rates in the atmosphere. Climate change can cause many different disasters to happen in the world. Another really cool part about this website was all if the detailed pictures that it showed. I really liked the picture where it showed where there was vegetation from 2000 to 2010.
The region of Earth receiving the Sun's direct rays is the equator. Here, air is heated and rises, leaving low pressure areas behind. Moving to about thirty degrees north and south of the equator, the warm air from the equator begins to cool and sink. This is a good website to learn about the Earth wind patterns, like some half of the advisories today had learned in the video.
This is a really good website to learn about Earth overall in general. It gives the information about some of earths main tectonic plates(which is color coated so you know which one is which, a size comparison to the moon, which can involve a little bit of math. It also talks about the terrain/surface, weather and climate, and atmosphere.
This sia website on Conifers. I enjoy the Wikipedia websites because it gives a timeline from when they existed to when they went extinct. I know that we learned about conifers a little while back, but I was browsing the internet and this was a cool website for science. Also any of the past information that we learned will be helpful on the project. Angela East posted this.
This is a website that will help people whomight not know exactly what to put inside there science project. This shows a graph of how Pangaea will form into another super continent, such like the one before, but in a different format. This is a Wikipedia website, but even though it is, it holds good information on what the future might hold. Angela East posted this website.
This is a good video explaining how deadly pyroclastic flows are and what they actually are. Plus I think it is from that same Scottish guy that is in all those Earth movies.
This is a website that tells you about the range of the mammals, and basically how old that they are. This is a very good website to look at, and it holds a lot of different information about Eocene mammals.
This is a YouTube video on how coal is made. It also explains the contents that make up the coal, the different textures and what their names are, also what happens when it is burned. If you want to know more about the assets of coal, watch this video for sure.
This is a website which is very useful in learning about the anatomy, fossil record, the ages that the reptile had lived, and much more. Even though I had posted this website, I think one of the most interesting facts were that they are often lay mistaken by flying dinosaurs, but they are actually reptiles.
This is another useful website about pterosaurs. It explains the different periods that the species has lived in, it's prehistoric diet, how tall it is compared to a human and more.
This is a educational website about pterosaurs. I found it by looking about a cool picture on the different head types of the pterosaurs. It is amazing how many different head types there actually are for a pterosaurs. I would suggest looking here for any useful information that you would like to know about pterosaurs.
