This page is more useful for K-12 educators, but there are a LOT of resources that will still be helpful for post-secondary educators as well. This is more of a list of resources and definitions than any kind of critical discussion or a list of practical suggestions, but it's still very useful.
A little dry for my head, but some of the discussion in this paper is very interesting. The research and resources are fairly recent, which makes for some good link-chasing, too!
