What is high content screening technology? How it has open new possibilities to study a... - 0 views

  •
Over the past decade, image-based screening as a molecular detection method for cellular assays has opened up a whole new world of possibilities to study the cellular processes in both developing and pre-cancerous tissues. These new techniques combine multiple measurements of cellular physiology, whether it is from sub-cellular levels multicellular organs, or cellular models. As a result, it is easier to study the cellular effects of therapeutic interventions than ever before. There are three main advantages to using image-based screening: it can easily be automated, it is cost-effective, and it offers a large number of potential targets. When doing the high content screening, it is important to consider the target cells' composition. This is where image-based screeners become particularly important because they can be used with any type of tissue, at any stage in development. There are many ways to study high content screening in the tissues of pre-cancerous tissues. For example, fluorescent markers can be used to directly measure DNA content in tissues or in the membranes of cells; magnetic probes can be used to directly measure lipid peroxidation in lipid membranes. Protecting your network from live network security threats requires an active, attacker-centric security response. Fastblue utilizes Prolexic for the identification of Denial of Service attacks through Flow based monitoring of routers to provide security and protection. We work with Prolexic to mitigate dozens of attacks at once and able to monitor and protect against every move made by a DDoS attacker on your site. If you are interested to find more about network protect service, visit us or discuss your requirements with our knowledgeable representative at 888.972.BLUE

types of diluents - 2 views

  •
"Do you know what are diluents and types of diluents? In daily practical experiments, when the liquid samples are collected correctly, we often do not need a pure solution to carry out experiments. In order to get better and more accurate detection results, diluent water or other solutions will be added to obtain the solution with lower concentration. In this process, diluents are needed. In many laboratories, it is generally believed that direct preparation of buffer by reagent will be more accurate and cheaper, which is not in line with the fact, because the quality of buffer is related to the purity of reagent, the accuracy of reagent weighing, the quality of purified water and other factors such as temperature, preparation container and so on."
