Allison Burrell on 09 Feb 11An article describing how a gifted teacher has begun using Solitaire Chess (a new game from the ThinkFun company) with her students. She says that this game works best with students who are already familiar with chess or with very small/ one-on-one lessons for students who are just learning the rules. She's using the hands-on version, but there's also an iTunes app available. A video of one of her 5th grade students playing is included.
