If one remix/mashup is ruled to be under fair use could all potentially be fair use as well? ... Has one been ruled fair use? If so, why isn't that case used as landmark/"resource" case for others

Here's how White Panda distributes their mashups. Name your price for the album. And merch available in a kickstarter fashion of spending $25 or $50 for the album and apparel/art. Very clear that their "business" is less the art of their remixes and more the experiences they make.

Thought this was an interesting note in the facebook stock saga and a good way to illustrate that in new media-from mashups to social networking-money tends to be a major factor.

Hands down coolest A capella group ever, and they do dubstep drops sometimes better than actual dubstep songs. I would say watch all of their videos, clearly I'm obsessed. One word AMAZING AMAZING AH-MAZING!
