Apparently it is an illegal landfill. It is located very close to Ghana, which is the reason it is poisoning the people there. The electronics that are sent there are processed by "young men and children." These workers tend to earn about $4 a day. The poisons emitted when they burn these electronics are stunting the workers mental and physical growth.
