The purpose of 21things4teachers is to provide "Just in Time" training through an online interface for K-12 educators based on the National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers (NETS-T). These standards are the basic technology skills every educator should possess. MathBoard is appropriate for all ages from kindergarten (with simple addition and subtraction problems) to elementary school where learning multiplication and division can be a challenge. You can control the range of numbers you want to work with, the number of questions you want to answer and even assign a time limit per quiz. MathBoard will make learning math fun.

If you're like me, you don't have the time to delve into the world of Excel formulas. It's not that I haven't tried. I have. It's just that manipulating the data and then turning that refined data into charts that are actually understandable is, well, I hate it. That's why I was quite thrilled to find Google's answer to this problem: ChartTool.

Online learning is sweeping across America. In the year 2000, roughly 45,000 K-12 students took an online course. In 2009, more than 3 million K-12 students did. What was originally a distancelearning phenomenon no longer is. Most of the growth is occurring in blended-learning environments, in which students learn online in an adult-supervised environment at least part of the time. As this happens, online learning has the potential to transform America's education system by serving as the backbone of a system that offers more personalized learning approaches for all students.
