I've been interested in art for as long as I was able to hold a crayon. Since then, I've been trying to find as many creative outlets as possible, whether it be painting, wood-working, drawing, sculpting, performing. I love photography in all aspects. I have been doing photography for several years now and in the past few years have even gotten into modeling for fashion and artistic shots. The list goes on and on. I studied Fine Arts at Missouri State University for 2 years, and then also 2 years at the Kansas City Art Institute. I am also Cherokee Indian and try to hold onto that culture and heritage through Native American inspired projects. 

My name is Amber Rose. I am twenty years old and attend a small university where I study English, write poetry, and sing quietly. 

About J's Everyday Fashion Imagine a fashion magazine full of women just like us - moms, college students, professionals, in all shapes and sizes, on a budget and dressing for the challenges of everyday life. There would be no models, no Photoshop, no fancy backdrops, just real women talking real fashion.  I want that magazine to be a reality someday. For now, I bring you J's Everyday Fashion. Not a personal style blog, but the study of one girl's closet. How far can you make a small (couple hundred dollars a month) budget stretch? Do the trends and outfits we see in magazines really hold up in real life? I share it all with you here - the failed attempts, the experiments, the successes, what I wear to events in my own life, but also what I might wear if I were in your shoes (working in an office, being a mom, etc.). This website is all about empowering women - to give them fashion without the frills, that hopefully you can use and apply to your life in a very practical way. And maybe someday… I'll bring you that magazine, too.  :-)

Hey everyone! My name is Charlotta Grönberg. I'm 24 years old, I study social psychology and psychology as my major and minor in communication as well as work part time. I live with my three lovely guinea pigs, Papu, Karkki and Kaneli, and my chihuahua puppy, Lexi.  I am a Swedish-speaking Finn, my mother tongues are Swedish and Finnish. The most important things in life, to me, are a safe and warm home, my pets, my friends and family and I dream about doing what makes me truly happy; helping other people.
