Girl with Curves - 0 views

  •
"I'm Tanesha Awasthi, a Girl With Curves.  Welcome to my personal style blog, offering outfit inspiration, style and shopping tips for the curvy community.  GWC Mission Although I started GWC as a way to express my love for fashion and getting dressed, it has turned into much more than that- it has become a mission for change. I want to change lives through fashion, by promoting positive body-image, self-esteem and body-acceptance in the curvy community. Far too long has the plus size fashionista been left out of fashion, and made to think she can't be fashionable. It's time to create change, by making a statement that curves deserve style too!"

My Thrifted Closet - 1 views

  •
Welcome to "My Thrifted Closet." I am SheRea DelSol, but you can call me SheDel. I am a self-proclaimed thriftshionista (Thrift Fashionista.) I hail from the beautiful St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, but I currently live in Winston-Salem, NC where my love of thrifting began. My style has drastically changed since my high school days and most of the clothes in my closet have been replaced by thrifting in mostly Goodwill or MegaThrift (a thrift store indigenous to Winston Salem, North Carolina.) Thrifting has helped to develop my love of vintage clothes (especially the 80's) with their large shoulder pads and puffy sleeves. I also FULLY embrace bright colors and bold prints. For those of you who don't know, thrifting is the act of purchasing items from  stores that sell items that have been donated, with the proceeds from sales usually benefiting charitable efforts (eHow). Thrifting is more than just a hobby, quite frankly it is not. Thrifting is a lifestyle choice, a fashion movement. In that spirit, I have dedicated this blog and my fashion journey to thrifting. This is "My Thrifted Closet" and I hope you too discover the thriftshionista in you.

Why not wearing red jeans in these cracking world. Why not be Fashionista? It is not as of now solidifying temperatures - at any rate we can wear our bloom pants a tiny bit more! Flower jeans will be huge hit these season once more. Presently the main inquiry is the manner by which to style them. I take the vast majority of my style signs from cool young ladies in the city, so here are a few alternatives that will take you from work to the weekend. If you're not so much into botanical jeans on the grounds that they look excessively girly, why not include a detached fitting T-shirt, a couple of wedge tennis shoes, and an oversize watch
