AlphaDog Pack Robot Can Carry Enormous Loads » Geeky Gadgets - 0 views

  •
Some of humanities greatest achievements have been done during war, or in movies. This is both. The alphaDog is an AT-AT, AT-TE, AT-ST esque transport for military operations conducted in rugged locations like Afghanistan. Instead of wheels or tracks it has four legs to carry its heavy loads across intense terrain. The AlphaDog is still in development but it is well underway. The AlphaDog will be soon made available and will be coming to war near you...believe me, its coming.

this is one of the greatest advances in technology for the us army. they have created a prototype of a gear carrying dog. this happened because now, the warfare is turning to the mountains, and they need a hardware that can carry heavy loads, and also it has a easy to use software and it is voice activated

U.S. Troops Will Soon Get Tiny Kamikaze Drone | Danger Room | Wired.com - 0 views

SWITCHBLADE. Epic name. As the title says, the US army will soon be receiving a Kamikaze drone. Killers, they are. This drone has a 17-foot wingspan with a 10-pound missile. I know this is short, but the video helps to explain this. It is very interesting to see how technology and robots are used to fight a human war. Next thing we know, robots will take over the world. Terminator.

Air Force's 'Not Science Fiction' Commercial Totally Is - 0 views

  •
An US air force recruitment commercial that promises that everything you see is real; but right away you notice that the first 30 seconds of the commercial is from a Micheal bay movie. The part that amazed me the most was that the c-17s fly's to a collapsing bridge to safe some stranded people on it, when it gets to the bridge the engines (which are 500,000 pounds each) turn vertical and make the plane stationary for enough time to rescue the stranded; then the plane transforms into another aircraft and fly's away. How can you call something like this real, unless the U.S. army is flying an auto-bot c-17s.
