Article 29 states, “These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.”

    This article was fascinating to me because it seems a great commentary on what is a "right" and what is a "Privilege." I feel in the USA the difference between these two are not understood. This writer does a good job of explaining how to define each and who holds the power of each.
