I'm a research assistant at the Department for Interactive Media and Educational Technology at the Danube University Krems and lead there are two part-time master's courses. The concept of the e-portfolio, I was at my first encounter in 2006 rather skeptical. By intensively studying it in research projects and in their own teaching, my position has changed now. This dissertation project was launched in January 2008 as part of the Doctoral College Lifelong Learning and completed in March 2012 with honors. Although some main authors and researchers on ePorfolio and evaluation say, we might not evaluate something as intimate and truthful as an ePortfolio, here is a table of interesting proposal to indeed evaluate it.
