The EU-Balkan Working Group is an interdisciplinary, multinational network of experts on European and regional integration, dedicated to fostering closer ties and enhanced understanding and cooperation between Balkan countries and between them and the European Union.

Goulard also called on Irish politicians to face up to "their responsibilities" by coming up with solutions to the crisis. Das ist das Ergebnis der Studie „Die europäische Dimension in den Lehrplänen der deutschen Bundesländer“, die von der Vertretung der Europäischen Kommission in Deutschland in Auftrag gegeben wurde. Die Europäische Akademie Berlin (EAB) analysierte die Rahmenlehrpläne aller deutschen Bundesländer hinsichtlich der Vermittlung von Wissen und Einstellungen zu Europa. Hintergrund sind die Beschlüsse der Kultusministerkonferenz (KMK) von 1978 und 1990, die europäische Dimension im Schulunterricht zu stärken. Die heute vorgestellte Studie ist die erste vergleichende Analyse dieser Art.
