Both the Collier and Lee County school districts have bullying policies on their books. Both are similar, and define bullying as "systematically and chronically inflicting physical hurt or psychological distress on one or more students or employees."
But the Collier district is ready to take it a step further, and on Monday, the district will host a community forum on social media.
