  Mesa received its name since it is located on the level or perhaps a mesa. It is situated above the rest of the valley of the sun. Mesa is "above" the normal area. With its sunny Arizona skies, bright and clean active roads, friendly neighborly people, and an area that is patriotic to their country is why is Mesa, Arizona a location for me to call home.
  
  Mesa has such nice weather, especially in the winter. It's often a lift to my spirits to feel the warmth of the sunshine on my face. This sunlight afford them the ability to accomplish all sorts of fun activities. As an example, I take my small niece on long strolls around my neighborhood. She loves it, and I enjoy it. It's a time when we could spend top quality aunt and niece time and take pleasure in the fresh air. I also appreciate driving bikes with my friends and family. It seems therefore nice to ride in Mesa with the nice climate blowing across my face. The Mesa weather can also be perfect for me to run several laps across the nearby track at the junior high school. Mesa climate is magnificent for my family and me.
  
  The majority of the streets are clean and well-kept, although there's a large population in Mesa. The city works very hard to help make the streets and sidewalks sparkling clean. Town workers place beautiful plants and trees that make Mesa have a more down home feeling. It's getting close to time of year when most of the bushes start to bloom. A number of these shrubs have a tiny purple flower that look beautiful. It's difficult for the workers to do themselves to all the cleaning, because Mesa is this kind of well-populated area. People volunteer to help clean and make Mesa look beautiful. Sporadically, the church to which I belong, does something project to assist our city. The youth of our church have put forth extra effort to clean-up around our neighborhoods. Having clean communities and well-kept roads make Mesa a delight to call my home.
  
  Town of Mesa has lots of great, wonderful people residing in it. I am surrounded by many of these of people. Every once in a while, we have a block party to access know our neighbors. My immediate area is remarkable. We all trust and look out for one another. For instance, our neighbors nearby, the Smith's, had a dreadful tragedy within their family. The headlines reporters interviewed us and came to our neighborhood. We felt it extremely important to defend our neighbors. They're such good, hard-working, and law-abiding people. All of our neighbors refused to refer to the disaster and said nice reasons for having the Smith's. The news headlines reporters even mentioned they have never seen this type of close-knit neighborhood. We've this kind of good friendship with this backdoor neighbors that we also have an entrance through our back fence to their yard. Every one of the neighborhood kids and adults pass through our backyard should they must go to the following street over. It's good to understand that people can trust those around us.
  
  This caring, helpful perspective provides to our community. I used to work on a dry cleaning business. While working there, I met many customers.   Many individuals and organizations in Mesa are proud to show our national flag. In my own neighbor hood, the scouts increase flying flags on national holidays by supplying a service to set up flags for every house. So they really can attend scout camp we subsequently give them a donation. In addition, in our meetings at church we pray for anyone fighting in the war in Iraq. A strong custom in Mesa is our Veterans Day Parade. It's really nice to see people respect those individuals who have defended our freedom.
