For years there have been comedians that seem to make jokes just to watch people squirm uncomfortably when they get to the punch line. For some comedians it seems like it is their mission to make everyone in the audience really blush when they tell a dirty joke. Why should a musical, that is meant to be a comedy, be any different? The creators of South Park have come together to create a comical musical that will embarrass the audience and make them squirm with some of the punch lines that come out of the seemingly naive Mormons on a mission trip to Africa.

The Book of Mormon is a religious satire musical with a book, lyrics, and music by Trey Parker, Robert Lopez, and Matt Stone.[1] Best known for creating the animated comedy South Park, Parker and Stone co-created the music with Lopez, who co-wrote and co-composed Avenue Q. The show lampoons organized religion and traditional musical theatre, reflecting the creators' lifelong fascination with Mormonism and musicals.
