Al Seef Street, one of the main venues and attractions of this year’s DSF, is hosting the Dubai Carnivals till Saturday, Jan 17.Dressed in vibrant and sometimes queer-looking costumes, various performers marched along Al Seef Road in an hour long show that was cheered on by crowds that had thronged the venue.
