    This article discusses the relationship between the density of alcohol outlets around different colleges, alcohol consumption among students, and both personal and second hand effects. It shows that the more alcohol available, the more the consumption. Consequently, as students drink more alcohol they tend to harm themselves and others. This study provides useful information and statistics, even if it consists of a certain percent error.

It also presents ways to decrease binge drinking at universities. The latter do not simply rely on alcohol education but goes far beyond that. This research presents excellent ideas to stop the consumption of alcohol among underage college students.

It also portrays the change in the effects of alcohol consumption on drinkers and others throughout these years. This study constitutes a perfect reference, since it clearly describes all the methods followed and the results obtained. It presents extremely credible information because it relies on a large sample, and extends the study to include several years.
