The criminal justice system is unfair. Some people cant afford expensive lawyers meaning they will be treated differently and more than likely not win their case due to not having money for a expensive lawyer.
The death penalty is a social issue. A person who got caught with marijuana can get the death penalty depending on how much they have but murders can live 25 to life in jail/prison. The parameters need to be specified.
Homelessness is a major social issue. Housing is a basic right. Before the inalienable rights were changed to "life, liberty and pursuit of happiness" is was "life liberty and property" meaning housing is a human right.
Homelessness and racism show everything that is wrong with society. This explains the social issue with racism itself and how badly some people are treated
