In July of 2012, about 222 millions tons of food was wasted. When solutions were running thin, someone broke though and added the world of technology to our world of waste. An app was created. Yes! Even your smartphone reduces waste now. The app that was created goes based off of household size, recipes, shopping lists, and meal preferences into one to help save Mother Earth from becoming a dump.
