Depending on how much and what type of repair needs then we as americans decided what to repair and how much we will be able to pay. He claims that healthcare is about your social standing in life instead of what is causing your illness. Those with a comfortable living have a better chance to help themselves stay healthy than those whom living below the poverty level.
