This topic is debatable about whether or not the smoking law is agaist our personal freedom act.

This article states why smoking in public was banned. Though, having the choice to smoke when and where you want is a personal freedom that has been taken away. There are seperate sections of buildings when smoking was allowed. If you don't like it, choose not to do it.

Food stamps give free food to people who need help financially to saty fed and keep their families fed. People often buy the wrong things just because they are quick and easy or just because they have bad eating habits. Food stamps doesnt cause obesity, peoples choices do.

Since the choice to abort is one of the biggest reasons why people want to defund planned parenthood it is being looked at as more of a moral decision. The way democrats and republicans feel on this topic is completely different therefore has been making it harder to make the decision on it. Defunding planned parenthood for this reason would basically be taking away a women's right to choose.

I agree with your statement. It should ultimately be a women's choice and not let politicians decide a woman's decision. Everyone has a right to decide what is best for them without controversies and looking down at.
