The National Defense Authorization Act allows the armed forces to detain any person that he/she feels has committed an aggressive act. The NDAA violates out 5th amendment that allows no person to "be deprive of liberty, or property, without due process of law.

If your a career criminal or terrorist you should be detained.

Breed-specific legislation doesn't work. The laws are only adding to the expense of the community and punishing responsible owners while getting no effictive solution. The solution lies in laws that address the real problem of irresponsible owners.
