An Arizona rancher is sued by 16 illegal immigrants for violating their civil rights. The attorney for the 16 says that they were held at gun point and their lives threatened. The rancher argues his case that a major drug highway is passing through his house and it is his right to protect himself.

Verizon on Thursday filed a legal challenge to new federal regulations that prohibit broadband providers from interfering with Internet traffic flowing over their networks.
