Focuses of the amount it would cost the government to completely get rid of Planned Parenthood. Many countries besides the U.S have Planned Parenthood clinics where there are no other option for women that cannot afford medical care to get the services they need.

With healthcare costs on the rise, many families are looking at midwifery which is a far less expensive option than that of an OB. In other countries midwives do a majority of the births and maternity care which results in a fraction of the US costs.

- Obamacare is still in its early stages and we have yet to see what it will do the job market in the long haul. The White House has pushed back the employer mandate that requires the employers that have 50-99 employees that care working full time to provide heath care coverage to them or have to pay a $2000 penalty. This could cause small businesses that make up a lot of the new jobs to hire less employees as the mandate goes in to play.
