Because no one likes reinventing the wheel. This is a great resource to find free and reasonably priced resources for the classroom made by current teachers. A personal favorite that should be looked up is The Science Penguin!

This is an awesome website with short (and free!) videos to help teach all types of math from 1st - college and some higher level sciences. It's great for those days when the kids don't want to listen to your voice anymore.

Great video library for tutoring and support on a wide variety of subjects from math to science to art history.

"'Animated Educational Video Clips"

This is an animated site for kids. Sight contains information in all subject areas. There is a fee to use all of the site but they provide some free material as well. I like the clear explanations they have on the topics.

An awesome website for elementary students! The videos can also be added to Nearpod lessons and viewed with headsets.

Internet database of research and studies specific to education

The site offers insights into the chapter book series by Mary Pope Osborne. It allows the students to be a part of rewards, passports, watch videos, and play some interactive games. It evens offers a resource section for teachers on different books in the series.

The site features a dodgeball game with a teacher and has students determine and create number sentences. There are science, language arts, and social studies games as well.

Find themed units for all subject areas.

This is the K-3 version of Brain POP. It has tons of short animated videos on almost every topic that should be taught according to many curriculums. I know that every topic I teach in social studies and science has a video on this website. The students LOVE it.

Great website to use for current events, social studies, science and character education. This website has many resources such as articles by grade levels, worksheets, quizzes and videos. I have used this website a lot and I love it.
