For students, this website has interactive games, videos and printable activities for grades kindergarten through 12th grade. I have used materials and ideas from this cite many times, and find it very useful and easy to incorporate into any lesson.
In this lesson, students will explore the connection between reforestation and deforestation and greenhouse gases. They'll do this by collecting data about local trees and analyzing and interpreting data about deforestation and reforestation, which will serve as the example in this lesson of one set of activities that can affect levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.

This is a great site for cyber safety resources. The student sections are divided by grade chunks (elementary, middle, and high school). Each section has age appropriate videos and games regarding cyber safety. The teacher section contains lesson plans to help teachers present the material to their different audiences.
This website takes making PowerPoint presentations to a whole new level. Presentations can be created online and accessed anywhere there is a connection to the internet. Teachers can create a free account and set it to private if they wish. This is a great resource for not only presentations but creating digital storytelling
Thanks Tonga! I plan to use Prezi for the first time this weekend for one of my other courses. I like how a lot of resources out there are allowing users to save on their sites so that we don't have to carry our flashdrives around all the time and so others can collaborate with us! This is a great site for language arts writing resouces. It's based on the 6 + 1 Traits of writing. There are interactive lesson plans, interactive writing prompts, student samples which help struggling writers with the brainstorming and organizing writing at many different levels. This website is FANTASTIC! I've used it a number of times with my 1st Graders!!
