Thanks Kristen! Alcon Entertainment's "Dolphin Tale" is inspired by the amazing true story of a brave dolphin and the compassionate strangers who banded together to save her life. Swimming free, a young dolphin is caught in a crab trap, severely damaging her tail. She is rescued and transported to the Clearwater Marine Hospital, where she is named Winter.

A superb example of "remixing" for popular culture content. While not, obviously, licensed for remixing (via Creative Commons or alternative), this parody (consistent with fair use of copyrighted materials) still showcases tactics involved in remixing (e.g., excerpting, re-sequencing, adding content elements) in a way that creates a new work from the old.

In the earlier 20th century, educators had very few tools to use to accomplish their goal of educating students. Pens, pencils, markers, blackboards, notebooks, and construction paper were staples in every classroom. Eventually, technology evolved and better teaching tools emerged: overhead projectors, record players, filmstrips, movies, VCRs, tape recorders, Xerox printers, and four-function calculators.
