Can learn about research studies in progress or look at specific categories such as ELL, teacher quality, Math, etc... "'Animated Educational Video Clips"

This is an animated site for kids. Sight contains information in all subject areas. There is a fee to use all of the site but they provide some free material as well. I like the clear explanations they have on the topics.

An awesome website for elementary students! The videos can also be added to Nearpod lessons and viewed with headsets.

For the ESOL teacher, or student...find ideas for LEP (any language) students. Teaching through technology has been proven to be effective in areas of language deficiency. I've used a few of the Webquests in the Reading section in my classes. If you have the computers in your room or media center, this is a MUST HAVE book mark!

This website offers free, interactive resources online featuring Latin & Greek root-based activities at grade levels. It was listed as an instructional resource on the Florida Department of Education website.

This site provides interactive and fun ways for students to practice and learn new vocabulary words via games, puzzles, and crosswords. It is suitable for students from high elementary grades through college!

Starfall.com opened in September of 2002 as a free public service to teach children to read with phonics. Our systematic phonics approach, in conjunction with phonemic awareness practice, is perfect for preschool, kindergarten, first grade, second grade, special education, homeschool, and English language development (ELD, ELL, ESL).

This is a great site for children ages 2-8. It teaches pre-reading as well as reading skills up to 2nd grade. Includes games, animated stories, songs, and writing activities. I use it daily!
