Oxford University is providing OER podcasts under a Creative Commons licence, free for reuse and redistribution in education and research. The OpenSpires project focuses on what makes Oxford unique: world-class academics presenting research-led content.
The speech accent archive uniformly presents a large set of speech samples from a variety of language backgrounds. Native and non-native speakers of English read the same paragraph and are carefully transcribed. The archive is used by people who wish to compare and analyze the accents of different English speakers.
Lots of videos teaching you things - especially maths. Sound quality not great on all the 'Talks' videos/audio, but v. wide range of topics. Aimed at learners - i.e. people who want to learn things (rather than being for fun etc.) Worth a look.
To produce instant (almost) video worksheets to go with YouTube videos. It converts an flv video file into a number of screen shots with a space next to each screen shot for the students to take notes.
