Pora Ora : The Online 3D Educational Game for Children - 0 views

This is a MUST TRY site. It's not often that I'm amazed be an educational resource, but I am with this one. Pora Ora is a stunning educational virtual world for Primary school aged students. Play truely fun educational games which practise skills in English, maths and many other subjects. The graphics and useably is superb. Online safety is at the heart of this site. The parential admin account can set the student's account to free chat with everyone to completely locked down where they have the world to themselves and everything in between. The site has a language filter and users can report any incidents of trouble. Also, the first task requires the user to complete an online safety task. The site is free with a few premium features coming out later. You have got to try this one! http://ictmagic.wikispaces.com/ICT+%26+Web+Tools

Google Body - Amazing Simulation - 0 views

This is an amazing virtual anatomy system. 3-dimensional views of all human organ systems. Zoom through the body . Use the label layer to learn anatomical vocabulary. Stunning graphics. A free virtual tour of the body. This is a beta offering. You need a Web browser that supports WebGL. This means Google Chrome or Firefox 4 beta. Well worth installing a new browser if you haven't already done so.

This is an amazing tool which allows you to edit almost any webpage, including adding your own content and deleting what you don't want, while retaining active links and the page's functions. Really useful for editing graphic heavy sites on a slow network or removing links to unsuitable content. http://ictmagic.wikispaces.com/ICT+%26+Web+Tools

Your website is one of the most visible, most accessible aspects of your business. It is often the very first interaction that many people have with your business and can therefore be instrumental in forming a first impression. Many businesses forget about this critical aspect when they are designing their website. They do so only to have an online presence and don't think much else of it. View your website as an entity in itself, and you will reap the benefits for an extended period of time. If you need a web designer/developer that can create a good website for you, you can visit ilaczen Technologies - Branding, Graphic, Web Design in Manila, and we'll be more than happy to help you. ilaczen.com
