Authentic Happiness - 1 views

I recently went through the Master Resiliency Trainer Course (MRT) and it's a very good course. We had to figure out what our character strengths were by taking the VIA (Values in action) survey. There is one on this link for kids. Imagine if you KNEW what your student strengths were. Imagine if they knew what their strengths were. Could this impact your teaching? Under questionnaires, take the VIA for yourself. Have your students take it. It could be useful.
