Keep up with Classroom 2.0 LIve conversations. I actually have this as part of my Google Calendar so I can keep up with it. This week: "This Saturday, Mar. 21st, Peggy George, Kim Caise, and Lorna Costantini will be hosting another Classroom 2.0 LIVE web meeting. Classroom 2.0 "LIVE" meetings are an opportunity to gather with other members of the community in real-time events, complete with audio, chat, desktop sharing, and sometimes even video. our world is now open to the eyes of our students. Technology makes it possible to with a couple of clicks able to read about poverty, TB, or AIDS which is faster access to print resources than we have ever had. It also allows us to make it more powerful through images or video. It even allows us to find great organizations that our kids can help support like XDRTB.org. More importantly we need our kids to learn how to use the tools around them to act as change agents to make their world a better place.

Amazing host of resources on using the net, ethical use, web 2.0 and so much more. Mini modules, videos, you name it.

What an amazing tool! Currently there are two flavors of quizzed "promotional" and " "add on" promotional allows you to create a standard online "quiz" well if you call standard being able to embed audio, video, pictures, and text! The "Addon" quiz lets participants take the quiz and then add more questions if they want? Classroom thoughts abound in my head! Would love to get some traffic with this group on creating an ed version that would allow you to sign up your kids and moderate the questions they submit...
