We are always looking for video editing tools so I'll check this one out for sure! Although the free account is limited, it may work for some projects.

Aurasma is an app in which you are able to take photographs and video and tie the two together through a channel. When the app is downloaded on a phone, you can hover your phone over the picture and the video linked with it will automatically come up.
