This is a website that helps you teach the children the letter of the week and help you set up your lesson plans.  There are also links to many other age groups on this website.

This site gives a variety of online games and activities, printables, and a long list of premade WebQuest. These links are all about health and Nutrition for children. These links could be used during health class.

A Bear Hunt Kindergarten is a wonderful WebQuest. The site contains a bear activity with the introduction Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see? This site not only expands on different types of bears but also allows children to become familiar with color words. 

I absoluetly love this website. You have to visit it if you have young children or neices and nephews. Looking for a game to match your school's curriculum? Use our Curriculum Guide to find the right game or activity to meet your classroom or child's needs. The guide is broken up into four areas: Math, Language Arts, Science and Social Studies. I actually did this with my 7 year old grandson. We did the detective search to see how "Cole" was eating and helped him pick out nutricious food in the lunch line at school. We were also able to print out a worksheet that shows how many teaspoons of sugar are in your soda drink. We will be doing the test this week. Children will have fun doing the investigation while learning about science adnd healthy snacks.

This is a website for preschool through 2nd grade. There are many activities for the children to do, there is also a link to order more Starfall games if you like. This is a free site that we have daily in the special needs classroom.

There is actually an app app for parents listing the best mobile apps for education for their children.

Math-Aids.com is a wonderful website that contains free printable math activities for school age children.  The content of the website easily aligns with the Indiana state standards for math.  

I think Weekly Reader is one of the best curriculum suppliment resources. I used it every year I was home schooling my daughter. One of the things I love about it is that it is always current. For example, one of our 2008 issues for children grades 4-6, discussed our process of voting for president and gave the children the opportunity to vote for president. It's not just for elementary levels either; it goes all the way to 12th grade.

This looks like a good site for teaching children about money at any age level. It is something that teachers or parents can use.

This website offers a hands-on curriculum that includes lesson plans for listening skills, preschool education and social skills for young children 3 years old and up.
