HULUSİ GÜVEL (Adana Milletvekili) Değerli arkadaşlar, Borçlar Kanunu Tasarısı vesilesiyle ülkemizde yaşanmakta olan sıkıntılar hakkında birkaç söz söylemek istiyorum.
