This is a great video that emphasizes how learning has changed.They highlight a school in the Bronx and how digital learning has changed the environment.
I particularly like this graphic because it explains the different theories and how connectivism fits in. Because my formal training is not in education but in IT, this is extremely helpful to me. I am still trying to understand more fully the different theories.
I found this site which has quite a few links to different blogs about E-Learning. There are info graphics that explain Elearning, online sites to help your class, teaching with qr codes, and creating a learning environment on the web with various free online learning tools. Many of these articles tilt toward higher education which is still high on my interest list.
This is a 28 page pdf describing how to use personal learning networks in your classroom. It has quite a few articles the document. One of the articles describes how to use Twitter in order to create a PLN in your classroom. Just thought it was full of tons of useful information for this class.
Great article revolving around why teachers are starting to use Twitter to create collaborative networks throughout the world. This fits quite well into the course that we are studying. In essence, the teachers are using Twitter to make a COP to share ideas and learn new techniques to enhance their teaching.
I enjoyed this talk about connectivism probably because it has a higher education tilt. It talks about using the digital tools like twitter and facebook and discusses how social systems and technical systems complement each other.
