This was a great article on Communities of Practice. This week, I have really enjoyed understanding more clearly exactly what that means. I really liked the simplicity of Wenger's definition. "they're groups of people informally bound together by shared expertise and passion for a joint enterprise." This week, I have really focused on communities of Practice as it connects to online classrooms but as this article states, I'm realizing this connects to so much more including businesses or other organizations.
