    What's ironic about this article is that Wikipedia is written by a group of people about topics they are interested in. It's written collaboratively by the people that use it and in a way is a PLN. I think Wikipedia is definitely an appropriate resource for a topic on PLN's.

There is no boundary for location of group. 3. Delivery - can be through any method the learner prefers 4. Opportunity - with the development of technology, this can happen anywhere the learner has access.
