This project gives students an introduction to ePals and allows them to connect with their ePals from another school. Students work to learn about other communities and cultures by discussing certain topics with their ePals and then creating digital presentations to share with their classmates.

This ePals project brings K-8 students together to explore "What's Outside My Window?" Through email interaction, students will build relationships with students in another part of the world and develop a table of similarities and differences. Using photos they have taken, students will create a collaborative presentation to demonstrate their learning.

This is a website where teachers advertise their classroom because they are looking for ePals for their students. This is one way to have students connect with studnets the same age who live in a different part of the US or worldwide. The intent of this "page" is to help match up partners. At the moment there are about 20 "pages" of teachers listed who are interested in doing this with students ranging from elementary school age to college.

ePals is for classroom teachers to create and participate in a variety of projects. This is a great site that connects teachers with other teachers from around the world to use social networking and create global learning environments.

Students interact with each other around the globe, helping them become aware of other cultures and issues faced by different countries.
